There comes a situation that the client’s problem is huge and at this point the work of the coach is not to solve the client’s problem but to help the client find their way forward. The the coach should, therefore, show confidence when handling the client’s cases.

For a good coach he or she should practice sincerity and empathy. Client approach the coaches with various goals and issues. There are those people who will find it so challenging to approach a life coach. If the coach is sincere he or she will be in apposition to help the client. When the coach expresses sincerity then the client will feel more comfortable and relaxed. As a coach it is vital that you understand that some clients are moving out of their comfort zones and they are stressed up with the outcomes. When the clients are in this condition it healthy to practice empathy and allow the clients to progress at their own pace.
